Shalamar brings their signature blend of R&B, funk, disco, and pop to City Winery Atlanta for two unforgettable shows on Thursday, October 16. Known for timeless hits including “A Night To Remember,” “The Second Time Around,” “I Can Make You Feel Good,” and “Make That Move,” Shalamar helped define the sound of late ‘70s and early ‘80s dance music and continues to captivate audiences around the world.

Featuring the legendary Howard Hewett and Jeffrey Daniel, the group’s classic era helped launch an international legacy of chart-topping music, electrifying choreography, and unforgettable live performances. Jeffrey Daniel is also celebrated for introducing body popping and moonwalking to international audiences, as well as mentoring Michael Jackson during the early evolution of his iconic dance style.

Now joined by Carolyn Griffey, daughter of SOLAR Records founder Dick Griffey, Shalamar continues to honor the group’s rich musical history while delivering the high-energy show fans know and love.
