Comedian Sapphira Cristál—runner-up and Miss Congeniality of RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 16—is a classically trained opera singer, composer, songwriter, and producer. She's got a six-octave vocal range, sixteen pageant crowns, and endless jokes that will make you question everything you thought you knew about farmers.
In 2024, she performed as a guest artist in Madonna’s Celebration Tour three times and debuted her original operatic production, Soundcake, at Lincoln Center. She then took her one-woman show, The Cristál Ball Tour, across North America—because why do just one thing when you CAN do them all?
Offstage, Sapphira teaches master classes at universities, burlesque academies, and dance studios, and she performs for colleges, youth camps, and high schools. Her personal credo is: "There is no better exercise for the heart than reaching down to lift someone up." To that end, she partners regularly with charitable organizations to raise funds to change people's lives.
