City Winery Hudson Valley presents SALSA NIGHT with the Carlos Jimenez Mambo Dulcet; In Partnership with Matt Hernandez Dance Co. on Sunday, September 20th, at 4:00 PM!
Spend the afternoon dancing, sipping sangria, and soaking in the vineyard atmosphere at City Winery Hudson Valley. Whether you're brand new to salsa or a seasoned dancer, this beginner-friendly event is the perfect opportunity to learn some new moves, meet new people, and enjoy great wine and sangria, and the wonderful sounds of the Carlos Jimenez Mambo Dulcet. We are thrilled to be partnering here with Matt Hernandez Dance Co., based out of Chester, NY.
Professional instructors from Matt Hernandez Dance Co. will lead an engaging salsa lesson before the dance-floor opens up for an evenining Latin dance social featuring salsa, bachata, merengue, and more. No partner or previous dance experience is required—just bring your energy and dancing shoes.

4:30 PM – Doors Open
Arrive early, grab a sangria, wine, or cocktail, and get ready for a 5 - 6 PM dance lesson from the instructors at Matt Hernandez Dance Co.
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Salsa Dance Lesson
Learn the fundamentals of salsa dancing with professional instructors in a fun, welcoming environment.
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM – Latin Dance Social
Dance the night away with fellow attendees to the sounds of the Carlos Jimenez Mambo Dulcet!
No partner necessary. All experience levels welcome.

I want to build & empower students to take their first steps into learning such an elegant & structured dance. Social dancing is being more concerned with ‘participation’ rather than ‘performance’ and ultimately boils down to that connection between leader and follower.”
