Jillith Fair and Women Who Rock will present a special evening of music at City Winery Pittsburgh on Sunday, October 4, 2026, featuring solo sets from acclaimed singer-songwriters Tracy Bonham, Maia Sharp, and Liz Berlin.

The evening will showcase each artist in an intimate solo setting, giving audiences the opportunity to experience the songs and stories that have defined their remarkable careers. Then, in a special second part of the show, all three artists will be joined by Jill Sobule’s Pittsburgh-based backing band, Jill’s Jagoffs, for full-band performances of some of their best-known songs.

Two-time GRAMMY® nominee Tracy Bonham broke through in 1996 with her gold-selling debut, The Burdens of Being Upright, which earned two Grammy nominations and featured the chart-topping alternative anthem “Mother, Mother.” Over a career spanning three decades, Bonham has performed at Lilith Fair, toured with Ben Folds and Blue Man Group, and shared stages with artists including Robert Plant and Jimmy Page.

Acclaimed singer-songwriter Maia Sharp has had her songs recorded by an extraordinary list of artists including Bonnie Raitt, The Chicks, Cher, Trisha Yearwood, Art Garfunkel, Keb’ Mo’, and Lisa Loeb. In addition to writing for others, Sharp has released ten solo albums and is known for deeply personal storytelling, sharp lyrical insight, and a distinctive voice.

Liz Berlin, a founding member of the multi-platinum Pittsburgh band Rusted Root, spent more than three decades touring and sharing stages with artists including Santana, the Allman Brothers, Sting, Dave Matthews Band, Sheryl Crow, Page and Plant, and the Grateful Dead. As a solo artist, Berlin blends folk, rock, pop, funk, and global influences with emotionally charged songwriting and a powerful, expressive voice.

Presented by Jillith Fair and Women Who Rock, the October 4 concert brings together three distinctive artists for a one-night-only celebration of great songs, remarkable musicianship, and the enduring power of women’s voices in music.

The Women Who Rock Foundation advances global equity for women by empowering women in music and accelerating women’s health research. We amplify women’s voices and fund life-saving women’s health research, working to close the gender gaps in music and healthcare representation that impact women worldwide.

2-item Per Person Encouraged

(opens in a new tab)🎶 While we do not require a two-item food or beverage minimum, we strongly encourage it. Most ticket revenue goes directly to the artist and production costs, so food and drink purchases help support the staff, service, and atmosphere that make these intimate shows possible.

The good news: we think you’ll love the food and wine just as much as the show.
