David Nail: Down To The Studs with Brooke Moriber
City Winery Hudson Valley presents David Nail: Down To The Studs with Brooke Moriber on Wednesday, September 9th, at 7:30 PM(opens in a new tab)!
David Nail
David Nail brings his songwriting craft and a voice worn in by real life to City Winery Hudson Valley for an intimate night of country music built on honesty, not performance.
Raised in Kennett, Missouri, Nail made his name on Music Row writing from the inside out, with early work like I'm About To Come Alive and Fighter marking him as one of modern country's more restless innovators. Since stepping away from MCA Nashville, he's followed that instinct through David Nail & The Well Ravens, the solo EP Oh, Mother, praised by Rolling Stone for the way it quietly builds, and the Missouri-rooted Bootheel sessions. Recent releases like "If I Could Call" with Aubrie Sellers show a songwriter still moving forward.

Brooke Moriber
Brooke Moriber brings a New York native's grit and a Broadway kid's stage instinct to a country songwriting career built on real stakes.
She started young, playing Young Cosette in Les Misérables at age eight, then turned to songwriting as a teenager after a rare eye disease left her legally blind for four years. When it went into remission, she credited music with putting her back together and began making pilgrimages to Nashville to find her tribe.
Praised by the Associated Press for her clarion voice, Moriber released "Cry Like A Girl" independently before signing with Nashville's Reviver Records. Songs like "Half A Heart" and "Down to Nothing" have found homes on Spotify's New Music Friday Country, and she's shared stages with a notably wide range of artists, from Scotty McCreery to Cyndi Lauper and The Gin Blossoms.
Catch Brooke Moriber live at City Winery Hudson Valley, where her stories get the intimate concert venue setting they deserve, paired with a glass of wine and a seat close enough to feel every lyric. Reserve your tickets.
🍽️ We provide food and beverage service directly to your table in the venue. Or, for an expanded menu and more relaxed experience, arrive early and enjoy a meal in our restaurant before the show. Reserve your preferred wine by filling out this form(opens in a new tab) and have a bottle waiting at your table when you arrive at your show. No more waiting for your first drink! We will save your wine preference and have a bottle at your table for all future shows. When you want to change your wine, come back to this form and update your preference.
🎶 While we do not require a two-item food or beverage minimum, we strongly encourage it. Most ticket revenue goes directly to the artist and production costs, so food and drink purchases help support the staff, service, and atmosphere that make these intimate shows possible.
