Cimarron 615
City Winery Boston presents Cimarron 615 Feat. From Poco and the Burrito Brothers: Jack Sundrud, Michael Webb, Rick Lonow & Ronnie Guilbeau live on August 16th at 7:30pm.
Cimarron 615 is what happens when four of Americana's most decorated musicians stop lending their talents to other people's records and finally make one of their own.
Drummer Rick Lonow, bassist Jack Sundrud, keyboardist Michael Webb, and guitarist Ronnie Guilbeau share a combined history that runs through Poco, Johnny Cash, Chris Stapleton, John Prine, Loretta Lynn, and Larkin Poe, among many others. That depth of catalog knowledge doesn't stay backstage. It shapes how this band plays: with the unhurried confidence of musicians who have spent decades in service of the song and know exactly what to do with it.
Their self-titled second album sits firmly in the California country-rock tradition, warm and road-worn, built for listening. Live, that translates to a set where the arrangements breathe, the harmonies land with precision, and the interplay between four veteran instrumentalists does the kind of communicating that only comes from years of shared history.
This is an intimate concert experience well-suited to City Winery's seated format, where the room is small enough that none of that nuance gets lost. Come for the music; stay for the conversation it starts. Chef-driven dishes and a curated wine selection round out the evening on your own terms.

2 Item Per Person Encouraged
