The Boston Comedy Festival Comedy Competition brings 96 up-and-coming comedians from across the country (and sometimes
Canada) to Boston for New England's biggest stand-up competition.
Over eight preliminary rounds, 12 comedians take the stage at each show, all hoping to impress the judges and earn one of just 32
spots in the semifinals.
And here's the fun part: you don't know who's going to break out. Some of these comedians may already have impressive credits.
Others could be the next big name you haven't heard of yet.

BET, performed at major comedy festivals around the world, and toured with the Bored Teachers Comedy Tour. His hilarious stories
about teaching, family and everyday life have earned him millions of views.
