Abby Lee Spills the Tea: An Uncorked Tell All!
Abby Lee Miller built one of the most recognized names in American dance education before reality television made her a household name, and she has earned enough stories along the way to fill an evening.
The resume is not small. Miller founded the Abby Lee Dance Company at 14, eventually growing it to more than 450 students out of her Pittsburgh facility. Her alumni have appeared in 27 Broadway shows, including the original cast of Death Becomes Her, held the Dance Captain role in Disney World's Beauty and the Beast for 23 consecutive years, and signed 17 straight contracts to perform at Tokyo Disney. The Radio City Rockettes count multiple ALDC graduates among their ranks.
Then came Dance Moms. Lifetime Television's 2011 series drew 2.8 million weekly viewers, aired in 134 countries across 11 languages, and turned Miller's particular brand of tough-love instruction into a pop culture phenomenon. Spin-offs followed. So did appearances on Jimmy Fallon, The View, Dancing With the Stars, and, most recently, a speaking engagement at Oxford University.
Now she brings it all to the stage, unfiltered, in conversation format with wine involved. If you have ever wanted the version of the story that didn't make the edit, this is the evening.
🍽️ We provide food and beverage service directly to your table in the venue. Or, for an expanded menu and more relaxed experience, arrive early and enjoy a meal in our restaurant before the show. Reserve your preferred wine by filling out this form(opens in a new tab) and have a bottle waiting at your table when you arrive at your show. No more waiting for your first drink! We will save your wine preference and have a bottle at your table for all future shows. When you want to change your wine, come back to this form and update your preference.
🎶 While we do not require a two-item food or beverage minimum, we strongly encourage it. Most ticket revenue goes directly to the artist and production costs, so food and drink purchases help support the staff, service, and atmosphere that make these intimate shows possible.
The good news: we think you’ll love the food and wine just as much as the show.
